Lani, thank you for your feedback and for assisting to bring all these wonderful neighbors into Twin Creeks. We find Twin Creeks really convenient and easily accessible from 183. Once, Anderson Mill Road is finished with construction, it will be a breeze driving home. Thank you for the comforting statement that Twin Creeks is not in a slumping market.

Wendy, I'm so glad to hear you're happy- we golf at Twin Creeks and have assisted in many many many people moving into Twin Creeks, so I don't blame you for staying put! I assure you though, if you changed your mind that Twin Creeks does not reflect the slumping national market (so our friend "Hi, Just Looking in Virginia" is mistaken).

Enjoy this wonderful Austin weather! :)

Hi Lani, We did not put our house on the market and decided to stay put. We went house hunting and did not find anything desirable yet . We still love Twin Creeks and the neighborhood.

This is a perfect time to get your home listed. It will generally takes about two weeks to a month to get your home staged and ready, which puts you into the begininng to mid March. If your home is on the market for sixty days now you are into May which most people are either in the planning stages to relocate or are already in motion, including letting their children finish out the school year and being able to use the summer to move with the minimum personal disruptions. I have lived in Cedar Park for over 20 years and specialize in Bella Vista and Twin Creeks. You may also visit my website at http://www.JoeStan.com and click into Twin Creeks (which is already set up as a specialized tab) and view all of the homes for sale to give you an idea of the Twin Creeks housing market. Please call me if I can be of any further assistance.

Sincerely,

Joe Stan

Typically the market has an upswing in February (this month). Activity is good right now with interest rates at an all time low. Twin Creeks is a popular area for relocations and those buyers usually make their decisions to move when school is out. I would be happy to do a free Market Analysis for you and give you a better idea of timing and price for your home.
