What would be the fair market value for 45 acres on road leading from Monson Village to Blanchard?
My deceased grandfather has land in this area (Kennth A. Knowlton Sr. A lawyer is trying to get me to quitclaim it to my uncle. How do I research this to be sure I am getting the straight story on this since I live in Texas?
