What's the average price of homes in Lake County over the past six months?
Since November '08 to April '09 the average price has gone down to $184,000. This includes ALL sold properties in Lake County and the surrounding cities of the Clear Lake Basin. Most purchases were made in Hidden Valey, the City of Clearlake, and one of the sections of Kelseyville referred to as the Clearlake Riviera. The average closes per day is 3. Not much land only in the form of lots or acreage has been selling.
