Hi AmyKan,
I can get you specific numbers depending upon your requirements. If you're trying to assess what your home would sell for then I'd need to know the number of beds and baths. If you just want a general overview of the town then please specify the town in question. Whatever you need, I'm happy to help. However, if you are currently working with an agent, they should also be able to get this information for you.
Best wishes!
Kim

Gloucester County is averaging 90% sold to list price for 2009. Each community is a different market. If you want specific numbers for an area you are interested in, give me a call or shoot me an e-mail

You'll have to be more specific. Depending on the number of bedrooms and square footage, the percentages change.

Amykan:
If you are working with an agent ask them to get you recent sales in the area. Then compare asking price with sale price and that will guide your decision.
