It appears to me that what potential buyers are willing to pay and what sellers want for their property is going down. On average, what percentage are prices down in the Peoria, IL. area?

There has been a slight decline however it still depends on where in the Peoria IL area you are concerned about. Overall the Peoria area is fairly well-insulated from the dramatic swings up or down in the market, unlike other areas of the country.
