In approximately 82 minutes from when I post this, Stockton CA will be officially bankrupt. That is not going to bode well for home prices. A city that cannot sustain it's resources cannot possible hold real estate value. Just my opinion.

Stockton is very diverse. While some areas are having upward pressure on prices do to lack of inventory and increased demand, other areas prices are remaining flat.
