Good afternoon!

With the additional information you provided after Angela responded, I ran a search on CONDO SALES in Coral Springs over the last six months. Out of 352 CONDO sales, 1 CONDO closed at $230,000 . . . all the other CONDOS sold for $149,000 or less. Therefore, if your CONDO has been analyzed by a real estate profesional with a market value of $400,000, I would certainly say that it IS A LUXURY listing.

This is exactly what i was looking for - thanks Angela. I was trying to figure out if my condo could be considered luxury or not...based on your reply, i guess a $400,000 condo would not. Thanks again!

Good Morning.

Can you be more specific about what you need? The top 10% of what exactly? I think this may help, but let me know if it doesn't.

I took the threshold of $700,000 as a minimum for "luxury listings". Based on this, I can tell you that the high is $4,200,000 and the low is $720,000. This encompasses 35 properties currently listed for sale. The average list price is $1,242 million and the median is $975,000.
