Hi, Im guessing you are in Dove Ct or Amberlands? Well, there are currently 3 2BR units on Dove Court for sale at the moment, the days on market vary. One of the units has been on for 328 days, the other two 78 and 25. The last 2BR sale was in April 09 for $178,000, it was 900 sq ft and on the market for 220 days. So there is a bit of competition at the moment. My suggestion is if you HAVE to sell then try to be the best value out of the others for sale. As for Amberlands there is currently one 2BR available, listed at $119,000 and 1050 sq ft, it has been on the market for 29 days. So to answer your question, the units in these complexes tend to take a bit longer to sell, but there are many factors involved such as the maintainence amount, down payment requirement, and any other board requirements as well as condition and price of the unit.
