Sarah is correct I put out flyers on alot of homes, duplex and 4 plex homes in Lehigh and have thought of this myself, not only that but it is a great time to get a good rate on financing. I know of 3 that are 65K and sold in 2006 for 250K so when the market tops out you would have a great return on investment.
