Yes that’s Arapahoe, NC in Pamlico County. Real Estate Market is slow like everywhere else and inventory is little higher then usually. There are two new waterfront subdivisions with home prices starting 450K and lots starting from 250K and one big condominium project 2bedroom 2 bath from 549K. You can now search entire Pamlico county MLS on my web site and if there is anything else I can help you with let me know.
