The rates for holiday rentals are directly related to supply and demand and of course the condition and offerings of the particular unit. Another determining factor is the duration of the term. Weekly and Nightly rates are usually highest, Many condominium associations frown upon short-term rentals. I don't know the Palm Beach market well enough to quote rates. Every building has it's own rate structure that is determined by the owners and vacationers.
