What is the property tax rate in Drexel Hill, Upper Darby and how is property value assessed?

We paid $2800 for a 1200 sq ft rowhome. Properties were reassessed a few years ago and the taxes were jacked up on most homes. We petitioned to have it lowered and won but if the homeowner didn't bother it would be on you to fight it. If you have kids, I would look at Springfield or other districts, or Pilgrim Gardens (Haverford schools).
