Not good. Until the commercial sections bring the conveniences that were proposed, it could be a while before the market views Tollgate as complete. An incomplete project is hard to sell, but in this economic climate - its brutal. Too bad. Great spot for such a fun, and well intended project. Could have been a fantastic community and lifestyle. Have you seen the walking trails surrounding the pond? And clubhouse?
