What is the outlook for real estate and rental properties in Vernal? Should we sell or hold on?

We have 4 newer rental properties in Vernal Utah. They have all had tenants since we purchased them. Recently we have had 2 of them become vacant and are having a hard time finding tenants. What is the outlook for the rental market in Vernal? Is it going to improve or should we expect it to get worse?

Hi Shawn,

As a Realtor and a Property Manager, I can assure you that you will probably be told by anyone here in the Basin that we just don't know. The market is seeming to be increasing as far as buyers goes, but I have found that the prospects for renters are exordinary. I've been so busy getting people in rentals it's unbelievable. I have found that the competition for rentals is increasing and people are lowering prices to get tenants, but still some are holding firm. Good luck on your research and if you need anything, please feel free to call.
