Well it looks as though you have hit on the same problem that I have. That which I have found states that all properties in this building were sold on the same day, and for the same price. This could not be anywhere near the truth. Unit #438 is a small one bedroom apartment, and mine is a large townhouse. In no way are they comparable. But the archives are driving me crazy. Can you think of a reason why this may be? I for one closed escrow in October of last year, but I can not find any public record of it.

555 4th St exists, but I found the information for the unit 438 only. I don't know if 105 (I presume that it exists) is comparable to 438. Is it possible that 105 is not converted yet? The unit 438 sold on June 20, 2006 for $595,000.

Sergei, This was just a typo. Sorry! The information I gave you is for the 4th St and not 4th Ave.
The address is 4th STREET, not 4th Avenue. It is a townhouse in SoMa/South Beach

Are you sure that you gave the correct building number? Isn't it 601 4th, Apt. 105? If yes (i.e. 601), the last recorded value is $198k. This is according to a title company records. There is no date, however, so I cannot tell you at the moment when the transaction took place. The current value would be in the $550k to $650k range.
