Prudential Jack White is a very strong influencer here in Alaska. They are the number one company up here with a lot to offer the buyer and seller who are shopping to move here or leaving the state.
With some very strong Realtors who are on the ball know how to put it all together with the best possible solutions. Prudential Jack White Vista is a huge supporter of many of the charitis here in Anchorage. Some of our charities like the Pioneer Home for the elderly are enourmously grateleful and to see happiness spread is what we all work for. We also have a great relocation team here and if you need us, we are here for you to get to know us better.

Are you looking at which common real estate company that sellers use to list their home or the Company that will get your home sold?

According to the National Association of Realtor's between 88-90% of buyers are finding their home online and 92% of First Time Homebuyers are searching for homes on the web prior to buying. With this useful information, choose the company/Realtor that has a strong online presence as well as a strategic online marketing plan.

The real estate market has changed & the way buyers find homes have changed; meaning you no longer want a Realtor to passively market your home. Passive marketing is for a Realtor to take your listing, throw up a for sale sign, put out some flyers, put an ad in the newspaper or homebook (looks real pretty) and sit at an open house waiting for a buyer......Active marketing is for a Realtor to list your home and have a strategic marketing plan to get your home viewed by the 90% of homebuyers that are searching online.

Does the company/Realtor have a strong online presence; website, link building to website, SEO in place for the website; will your listing be featured on Trulia & Zillow and what other target marketing will the Realtor/Company have planned for your home?

You want to assure your home is getting the exposure it needs on the internet to target and capture the most buyers possible; you will get the 90% with the Realtor ACTIVELY marketing your home or you will get the 10% if the Realtor has a PASSIVE marketing plan.

This ACTIVE Marketing Strategy is actually what has propelled Keller Williams Realty Alaska Group to the front-lines in our local market share. Why do you want to know?

Are you including franchises, or do you mean single companies?

Do you mean nationwide, or within a specific geographic area?

If it's within a narrow area (a city, for instance), do you mean the entire company (whether a franchise or a single company), or do you mean a specific office?

Are you referring to the number of listings or the number of actual settled transactions?

Are you referring to single-family homes, or condos?

Though I'm guessing you're including all price ranges, be aware that the answer might well vary depending on whether the property is low-end or high-end.

If you can clarify your question, I'm sure you'll get some useful responses.

That totally depends on the area. It can vary a lot by location. Remax, Coldwell, and KW are certainly some of the bigger players. My company is growing rapidly though!
