What is the expected trend for the lot prices at BriarRose Ginn? Is it worth holding onto to a lot on this?

With several Ginn properties being taken over by Linger Longer Communities why on earth would anyone invest in the Briar Rose? Its on a road to nowhere and the developer has too much money in it to ever see a return. Your best bet on Lake Oconee is within Reynolds.

Mr. Shah,

If you're referring to the Georgia BriarRose, we have received 5 or 6 listings for foreclosed lots in the past several months. The immediate future for BriarRose is all downward. Meanwhile, there's a nine hole golf course, a sumptious new home, and enough inquiries on the foreclosed properties to suggest - yes, hold on to it!

If you send me your direct email, I can send you a link to our database showing all these values.
