Alpharetta GA is outside of Atlanta, Ga a more rural community. It is still fast pace with all conveniences of the city. The market is steady however the prices are higher in Alpahretta than in Liberty, Missouri I believe. Climate of course is very different here in the South. You only have mild snow once in a while in Alpharetta. Now, if you want the warmer climate and still look to relocate to Ga, the Savannah area is the best. In the Savannah area you can get a NEW large home with all the bells and whistles between $150,000-$300,000 depending on your needs. Please check out my listings in Pooler, Ga and Bluffton, SC for a comparison. http://www.savannahrealestatesource.com

I am not familiar with the market in Alpharetta, however Liberty is a desirable location to live. Their housing is stable. Liberty is an older city with many new features. They have very good schools for families with children. If Liberty is where you are looking, I am sure you will be able to find what you are looking for.

Would welcome the opportunity to assist you when you are ready to make the move.
