Breaking out the 06905 zip code, my data shows that we have had a 19% increase in vlaue of homes sold since Jan 09. However, there is clearly a 10.7% decrease in price of actively available homes in the same time period. There are alot of different factors that should be added depending on the particular neighborhood or condo complex that could greatly shift these numbers.
