Per our MLS, here are some statistics for the entire Shoals area and Florence city only:

Shoals Area Home Sales Price/List Price
Month of Dec. 2008 = 94.76%
2008 Year Avg. = 94.71%

Florence City Home Sales Price/List Price
Month of Dec. 2008 = 94.42%
2008 Year Avg. = 95.46%
