Hi Carmen. I'm not familiar with Avebury Way in Gladwin, but I just closed on a home in Hope in Gladwin County. 1800 sq. ft. cedar, built 2004, never occupied, beautiful interior, etc. on 20 acres. Closed for $182,900. This home is located on a private road. and has Federal land bordering it. There is only one other resident on a 20 acre parcel. There are (4) 20 acre parcels available if you're interested. Are you looking for vacant land to build, or an existing home?
