What is the commercial sales and rental market like in Hopatcong New Jersey?

FIRST ANSWER
Hi Jen,
The market has slowed a bit and properties are taking longer to rent. This is true throughout the area. There is one really nice building on Route 10 in Succasunna that has to have been vacant for 18 months. And it's brand new! Definitely a slow market right now.
