In response to the Cemetery. It is a 250 year old cemetery covered with grass and large trees. It is a historic cemetary (not an active cemetery). As a resident of the building next door, I can honestly say that the view is beautiful. With the cemetery being so old, the head stones are hardly visible anymore, so really all I see from my apartment is grass, trees and rocks. The high point of living with this view is that nothing will ever be built there to block your view, so you can always count on having a park like setting right outside your window.

I went to look at it the other day. Everything was fine. until I found out it was right next to a cemetery

It is a lovely and sophisticated project with wonderful proximity to the train and Mamaroneck village.
