What is the best property for a rental market in your area? Looking for something under 100,000 for sure
Our son lives in Warner Robins and we will be looking for something for them to live in eventually. I want something to be able to easily rent out in the mean time...... positive cash flow. We will be visiting in a couple of weeks.......Oct 8-13 and plan to look then

FIRST ANSWER
My husband and I bought a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home this year as a rental investment and had no problem renting it for a good price. It is in a great area. I know of another home in that area getting ready to go on the market. Contact me via terrijackson.realtor@gmail.com
