Hello Ron,

I was wondering if you've chosen to speak with any agents to help you with the sale or purchase of your home? I'd be happy to discuss the services that I offer that relate closest to your needs. I have a terrific "toolbox" of tools that I use on either side of the transaction.

I look forward to speaking with you soon!

Have a wonderful Holiday Season.

My average in Webster is under 20 days -- this year I sold many in well under 30 days (number of days: 2, 5, 8) and a couple more in just over 30 days (38, 45).
If you're looking to sell and don't want the hassle of having your house on the market for months ... call me and I can help!

Hi Ron,

According to the data on the multiple listing service, which shows all properties sold by agents, the average days to accept an offer is 30. It varies from 0 to over 180 days, but most of the homes in Webster that are priced reasonably have been selling relatively quickly. I hope that helps!
