What is the average time that a Webster, NY house is listed for prior to sale (during 2009)?

My average in Webster is under 20 days -- this year I sold many in well under 30 days (number of days: 2, 5, 8) and a couple more in just over 30 days (38, 45).

According to the data on the multiple listing service, which shows all properties sold by agents, the average days to accept an offer is 30. It varies from 0 to over 180 days, but most of the homes in Webster that are priced reasonably have been selling relatively quickly. I hope that helps!
