What is the average price per square foot in the NW side of Lincoln city, Oregon? We found a place that is
1.5 blocks from beach access - totally redone - extremely good condition -but they are asking $320/sf. I checked several other homes for sale along same area but a few blocks further from beach and they seem to range from $180 - $280 sf. $320/sf seems high. What is the average in that area for homes sold in last 6 months?

Your best bet would be to discuss this with a realtor. I live in LC and think much depends on the location, lot size and of course the view. Mine is for sale in the SW area at $306 sf but does not include the extra 300+ sf in the finished daylight basement. People pay for a perfect view. seafairy
