Actually, there is one foreclosure showing active in Palmetto Bay, asking $332,900. There are seven pending sales (under contract, awaiting closing) and 10 foreclosure properties have closed in the last two months.

Depending on your section on Palmetto Bay I have seen $ per SQFT from $120.00- $150.00 as closed sales....these would inculde the forclosures....if I can be of any assistance don't hesitate to contact me...thanks so much!

As of today 8/12/09, there are no foreclosured properties listed in the MLS system in Palmetto Bay. As a point of interest this year there were 28 Foreclosed properties sold (closed) in Palmetto Bay with an average sold price of $273,000. Let me know if I can help you further. See my web site
