FIRST ANSWER

According to our multiple listing service homes sold in the past six months priced under $149,900 sold in an average of 88 days on the market.

Homes currently under contract have an average of 176 days on the market and active listings have an average of 171 days on the market for homes priced under $149,900.

A homes saleability depends greatly on how many bedrooms and bathrooms a home has, and its condition.
