Dacula is a "wide" city and the land value is vastly different from one area to the next. Dacula is widely known for having Hamilton Mill. Land value near this large development is obviously much more price. On average residential land could go for $50K to $100K per acre. With the low end being on the other side of Dacula, near 316 and very raw and priced to sell to a developer NOW.
