The average days on market varies quite a bit. We are in a strong Buyers market so most homes are going for quite a bit less than they are listed for unless they offer something special, like a great view or fabulous updating.

The short answer is that if your home is price agressively it will sell sooner than later and if is below $200,000 that market is stronger.

The average for the entire Andover area is 69, however for a more detailed answer it depends on your location and price range. I know of two listings that listed late last week and had contracts by Tuesday of this week.
