Are you buying or selling? And whereabouts in San Ramon?
The market is still fairly strong here but it should be noted that "nice" homes (good condition, nicely upgraded or improved and remodeled) are selling faster than others. Also, 94582, especially Gale Ranch and Windemere seem to be getting more action than 94583. If you can provide a little more detail, I could respond with more relevant comments.
