I'm from that area, and in fact have a house for sale in nearby Granby (about 10-12 miles from Neosho). I don't know a whole lot about multi-family homes, are you looking for investment property? I wanted to put my home here on "Make Me Move" but I can't figure out how to do it now. Anyway if there's anything I can do to help you with just non-professional stuff, I'd be happy to. I do know there are available properties in Neosho and Granby both. Are you looking for a home that you can also run your business out of? I'm just not quite sure what you are asking but I'm trying to help because I'm from there! :)

Sorry, I can't help you. The only properties listed in the St Louis MLS for Neosho are HUD properties. I would suggest that you contact the Neosho Chamber of Commerce to find a local realtor, then see where they list their homes at. Chamber Executive Director at (417) 451-1925 or E-mail: director@neoshocc.com
or check the city website at http://www.neoshocc.com/ for the link to the chamber of commerce.

Here's the synopsis of their housing supply from their website:
Adequate and affordable housing is a constant concern in areas of expanding population. By the mid-1990's, Neosho was suffering from a lack of good housing as more and more working people were moving into an expanding job market.

Neosho's wide assortment of homes included many lovely structures dating to the 1800's, and several neighborhoods which had been developed in the 1950's through the 1970's. Established neighborhoods with nicely landscaped lawns and picturesque tree-lined streets, however, were insufficient to meet what appeared to be a growing demand for good housing.

Economic development leaders set out to find solutions to the housing issues after reading the results of a community-wide survey of housing needs and problems. With the survey indicating the needs of potential buyers, it was not long before carpenters were put to work. Throughout the community, several privately funded housing developments and multi-housing units were started in a variety of price ranges.

With the rise of each new unit, the housing problem has become less severe. Since 1994, Neosho has experienced tremendous housing starts. Many new multiple-unit complexes are currently under development along with ten new subdivisions of single family homes. Neosho should average around 100 new single-unit homes a year for the next several years.

Good luck! If you need anything in the Greater St Louis area, let me know and I'll be happy to help you here.
