Jane,
It all depends on what view. Some of the lots in Talking Rock are on the golf course others have a great view of Granite Mt. Here is a link to all of the lots avalible in Talking Rock http://www.paarmls.org/prs/maildoc/b002V74953.html
There are a lot of factors that you might look at when buying. Home prices are in the 1-2 mil range. so if you look at a 1/4-1/3 of build price anything under 200K is a deal. And there are alot of them

Hi! My name is Sherri Buckel w/Keller Williams Check Realty in Prescott, Arizona. In MLS today there are 94 lots "Active" on the market in Talking Rock. They range in price from 150K for .82 of an acre - 475K for 3.26 Acres. It is so beautiful in that area with many view lots available. Email me or call me for more information to fit your needs. I'd be glad to hear from you today! email: sherribuckel@kw.com
