Jane - a reasonable price in Talking Rock Ranch does depend on location ie: views etc- overall though prices have on average dropped more than 40% in this subdivision from 2007 prices. The drop is even more significant in resale homes in Talking Rock. There are a lot of factors that you might look at when buying. Home prices are in the 1-2 mil range. so if you look at a 1/4-1/3 of build price anything under 200K is a deal. And there are alot of them
