Definitely agree with all. Every house, even with similar sq ft might have a different value depending on different criteria. I live in 10710, and have been the top realtor in Yonkers for the last couple years, if you would like my advice feel free to contact me. Take a look at my website.

I agree with John, in order to be accurate I would have to see the home. Look at features, location, how the home is situated, is there a garage, yard, things like that. I am afraid that is impossible to answer without doing an inspection and understanding the construction features and quality of the finishes. Any price that is quoted you without this understanding would be potentially misleading.
