There are 16 homes currently for sale within a mile radius from the intersection of Hwy 51 and Park Road. These homes have been in the market between 14 days at the lowest and 369 days at the highest with an average DOM of 136 days.

In the last 90 days, 14 homes have closed. These sold homes were in the market anywhere in between 3 days at the lowest and 274 at the highest with an average of 101 days. As you can see the market is pretty active in that area, but pricing your home right will make a huge difference how long it stays unsold. Would love to sit down with you to show how effectively i can market your home.

Good afternoon, Kelli:
Within the last 12 months, 73 homes with 2300 or less square feet that are located within about a mile and a half of your location have sold after being on the market from 5 to 432 days. The average is 125 days. Homes currently under contract average slightly less.
Details about these specific properties, list to sale prices, subdivision locations and other information are in the below MLS web report I just researched. If you need more details or are considering listing your home for sale I would be pleased to hear from you. If you appreciate an answer, please give "thumbs up". There are many factors which influence DOM such as where the home is located, its condition, and what other competition the home might have in its price range. Please feel free to call me and I'll be glad to get the particulars of your home and give you an idea as to what you can expect in your area.
Keller Williams Realty is a full service brokerage with a wonderful marketing system and I'd be happy to discuss a plan to list and market your home.

Hello Kelli,

If you are concerned with DOM then you need to pick an agent that has a strong marketing plan for your home. The market is a driving force, but how you present your home both physically and monetarily will be a huge determinate in your homes DOM. If you would like to contact me directly I would be happy to give you some more information on your local community and tell you about the different ways I work to sell your home.

Have a great day,

The average days on the market are running about 120 days. Each individual property of course has its own DOM due to many factors ie: price, condition, location. In this current market many homes are moving more quickly due to lack of good inventory. If a home is priced fairly and in good condition it should come in under the 120 rule. Are you asking what DOM means? Days On Market = length of time it has been listed for sale.
