What have multifamily properties (about 6 units) in the Alta Vista, San Francisco area done pricewise since?
about Febr. 07 to now? Up or down?

FIRST ANSWER
There has been only one sale in the area in that time. It sold at 4.26% cap rate and $412.70/SF. Rents are gowing up in the city so lots will depend on vacancy at time of sale. Do you have one you want to sell?
