According to the Tulsa MLS, homes in the south Tulsa market priced between $800k-$900k have adjusted by about -10% in the past six months. However, there are few comparables in this exact price range, so one bad comp. can effect this dramatically (which is what happened). Without this one bad comp. the percentage changes drastically to only -4%. There are several factors that affect a home's value. For example, what school district is it located in, and how much land is included with the home, etc. Every home is different. Feel free to look on our website for homes like those you are wondering about. There are several resources there that will be helpful to you.
