Loads of amenities with CenterHill Lake being the focal point of the area. RIght now is a great time to buy - - while we've experienced somewhat of a soft market, there's been steady sales and with the spring here, it's becoming busier. There is quite a bit more activity in Smithville than your other question about McMinnville. I show 149 homes on the market currently anywhere from 25,000 to over 800,000. I do not have data prior to 2006, but in 2006 there were 157 sales with an average sales price of $138,594. So far in 2007, there have been 170 home sales with the average sales price of $140,540.
