What you must derive from the presense of MOL is IF this attribute is of value to you, material or otherwise, YOU MUST CONFIRM!
For instance, if refering to the squar feet of the home, and you based your purchase offer on 'Price per square feet" you will find yourself in a situation of using faulty data.
Usually this accronym is used as follows: 2 acres (MOL)
May be more, may be less. What ever the size you will need to care for it ALL.
If of value to you.....VERIFY.

Best of success to you,

Good question. MOL is an acronym meaning "more or less". In real estate it usually refers room sizes, square footage, acreage, or distances.

I feel an informed client makes the best decisions regarding their real estate needs. Let me know if I can be of assistance.

I used to wonder about that, too, Diana. What I found, as my collegues said, it stands for More Or Less.
