What do you like the least about your property manager?
I am a property manager and real estate broker in Syracuse, NY and NYC. I am always looking to improve customer service and I would love to know your experiences as an investor. What do you like the least about your property manager? the most? how could your property manager improve the services provided? what do you expect the most out of your property manager?

FIRST ANSWER
The number one complaint that we here about would be the fees. Property managers that don't provide property disclosure about what the fees are going to be tend to have more trouble than those that are either A) upfront or B) have a very simple pricing schedule.
