Hi,

There were 148 sales 1/1/2005 to 12/31/2005 in that zip code that were two bedrooms.

I tried to copy & paste it in the response box but got the following error message.

"Sorry, your answer is too long. Answers cannot be longer than 5000 characters."

I sent the research to myself, so I could forward it to your direct email box.

Please email me at ALYourBroker@yahoo.com and I will send it to you.

Hi,

Landed in LA at about 6 am on the red eye and got some zzzz's.

I will do a market survey for you from 1/1/2005 to 12/31/2005 of all solds that had two bedrooms,
but that may not be as accurate as you want because

1) It is a big zip code
2) A two bedroom may have 1000 sq ft and the next 2 bedroom may have 2200 sq ft.

I will send it to your Trulia email address but I do not know if it will get through. Please let me know if it does.

My recommendation is since areas can change in a zip code in price valuation within a few blocks, email me for your privacy at ALYourBroker@yahoo.com your address and I can do a 2005 market valuation within 1/4 or 1/2 mile radius of your address. I can run the tax rolls, and get the square footage of your home and then run it for similar sized homes for accuracy.

Your call boss.

Thanks for your patience. I appreciate your business.

2005 was about 30 to 35% higher than today in that Zip Code....

Hoe it helps...
