Ferny:

Good question! I can't think of any area in Utah County that hasn't been affected by the recession.

A good resource to track market trends is zillow.com . Find the house in question by address, and then a chart will show how the price on that property has changed over the past few years.

Another neat way to watch price changes is to visit my website, http://www.propertyshoputah.com. Each day on my home page is a report of how many price changes occured that day, how many new listings were entered on the MLS, and how many homes are currently on the market.

Filter your search by city, schools, square footage, bedrooms/bathrooms, and more.

Best of luck,
