Hi Nancy,

Jim is correct the tax bill is $7929.58. The homeowners exemption is currently applied as an owner occupied residence. So if you were to occupy the home as your primary residence there would be no additional tax benefit.

You can view the current tax bill by inputting this PIN# 03-17-302-076-1089 number to the Cook County Treasurer's website at

Good luck!

That home on Dunhill has a lot of pluses. The 2010 taxes are 7702. With a homeowners exemption and a monthly association fee of 379. It is a great area and very conveniently located....Let me know if you would like to see it.....847-707-9507 Mary Zentz RE/MAX Suburban

Hi Nancy,
If you are referring to this property located at 1918 Dunhill Ct., the most recent real estate tax bill was $7,929.58 (for 2011). The taxes for 2012 have not yet been billed. The homeowner exemption is likely to be $300-$500; would need a copy of the tax bill to determine the exact amount.

I hope that answers your question. If not feel free to contact me at 847-255-1000.
