The real estate market is unbelievable! There is a boom coming down the pipe also! The growth in the area can be attributed to many factors ,including the opening of a Commercial Airport May of 2009. There are several great deals now in and around the Airport . This area is one of the best areas in the Country to live with the Ozark Mtns , the 3 Lakes we have in the area ,the entertainment is plentiful ,and there is a growing economy that is open to growth . Come to Branson ,and see all it has to offer !

Theweather has improved and so have sells. Real Estate in Branson and the TriLakes area remain good..

Real Estate in Branson and the Table Rock Lake area is still good. This market is very driven and we might be a fraction down on sales but it is nothing like the rest of the country is experiencing. Our worst enemy has been the weather...but spring is just around the corner and we are ready for another strong season.
