What are the market conditions in Stevens Point area?
We have a home in downtown Stevens Point we have done a ton of renovations to the interior and do not want to lower the price as we already are in the low 60s per sq. foot. Does anyone have info on how long homes take to sell in this new market?

I did some research in the Stevens Point area and determined the average days on the market for a house in the downtown area was 106. I used statistics from the Central Wisconsin MLS from 2/01/09 through today and found 11 homes within 2 miles of downtown that had sold. The prices are down but the activity is still good, thanks to the $8000 1st time home buyer rebate.

Unfortunately our MLS system is not connected to yours otherwise I could answer more clearly. I have a feeling it is close to Eau Claire's. I lived in Point for a bit and am familiar with the area.
