In a previous post, it was said that 2 units include golf equity membership. That is incorrect. ALL Stoneybrook condos, except those in the Arbor Greens section, include full golf equity membership. There is a $3000 capital contribution to the club that must be paid by the buyer at closing. Annual club dues are $3613, with a $600 annual dining minimum at the clubhouse.
The condo association maintenance fees for Stoneybrook Clubside South 2 are $731 per quarter. In addition, all properties in Stoneybrook Golf And Country club pay $236 per year for boulevard maintenance and gated security, plus $167 per year to the Palmer Ranch Master Homeowners Association.
When you add up the fees, Stoneybrook Golf And Country Club really is a bargain when compared to most Florida golf communities. The golf course is excellent, the clubhouse is nice, and the overall community is beautiful.

After checking, it has been determined that there are three near identical units in there presently "for sale." Two of the three do include a golf equity membership" So moving forward, this may be something worthy of keeping in mind.
