Based on data from June 1, 2007 to October 17, 2007 as reported in the Denver MLS, using Mayfair and Hale and 2 beds/1 bath as search criteria, this is what I show:

Average Days on Market: 56
Average List Price: $250,874
Average Sale Price: $250,016
Average Price Change: 0.06%
Average Square Feet: 965
Price per Square Foot: $261
