I just did a quick Google search for "Fair Oaks, CA rental agent" and came up with a plethora of names. I recommend contacting a brokerage that represents a variety of properties so that you can get a good overview as well as the experience necessary to give you a specific quote for the property you are looking to rent.

Also, I recommend that if you are looking to rent a home through a brokerage that you get an idea of their vacancy rate.
