What are comparable sales in St. Charles in Little Rock?

Would love to work with you. I currently have listings in the St. Charles area, have lived in St. Charles for the last 16 years and have sold 3 homes in St. Charles in the last 6 months. Would love to work with you, see what you are looking for and help you find a place called home.

Depends on what the home has to offer and the square footage in any area. Also depends on what you have experienced buyers to pay. Is it valuable to others and have special characteristics? Could make a comparable more valuable. Just my expert opinion.

Haushunter, I've worked the St Charles area extensively if you need any assistance. To answer your question, there have only been about 15 sales in St Charles since January ranging from $77 to $103 per square foot with the average sale at $93 a foot. Average sale price is $255,000 on an average days on market of 91. There have been quite a few foreclosures in St. Charles in the last several years which pulls down the averages. Physical condition and having modern updates is key is you want to beat your competition.
